Colombia Huila Palmera | Dark Roast
Colombian dark roast coffees.
dark, bold, sweet, ... handsome.
Enjoy our lighthearted taste review 🔥 😊
The country boasts hundreds of microclimates from its Caribbean coast in the North to its equatorial highlands in the South. Palmera Supremo represents a classic fully washed profile, with balanced notes of sweet tropical fruit, spices, and rich chocolate. Full body and medium acidity are characteristic of clean Colombian coffees.
Palmera is sourced and processed with our partners Aromas del Sur in Pitalito, Huila, where they have a new state of the art dry mill that sorts, cleans, and selects coffee prior to preparing it for shipment. Palmera, as with all of our core coffees, represents the hard work of many farmers and supports many communities of producers.
Tasting Notes: Brown Spice, Brown Sugar, Cherry, Cranberry, Grapefruit, Melon, Milk Chocolate, Peach
All coffee is roasted-to-order on a per-order basis in small batches to optimize for freshness ☕
Batches are roasted fresh Monday / Wednesday, and shipped Tuesday / Thursday each week to contiguous U.S. excl. Arizona (sorry, weird rules)
- our roasters roast and ship on separate days so that freshness has the same high standard whenever you order

How many bags should I buy?
- 12 oz. bag can make 24 cups of coffee, depending on strength preference.
- If you drink strong coffee daily, two 12 oz. bags per month likely works.
